    The ATA TIger program is designed to improve children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction methods available for this age group.

  • Karate For Kids

    ATA Karate for Kids is a specialized program created exclusively for children ages 7 through 12 and teaches the fundamentals of martial arts. The foundation of the Karate for Kids curriculum is the education and development of life skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence.

  • Teens & Adults

    The ATA Martial Arts curriculum program is customized for adult men and women! Unlike a children's program, adult programs focus on high-intensity fitness and real self-defense that applies in today's world. It is also a great way to stay in shape that doesn't become dull or routine, because as soon as you get better and learn more there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back to train!

  • Sparring

    Not only is sparring a great way to implement techniques learned in class, it is also a great workout! Sparring works several differnt muscle groups at the same time, and is an exellent cardio workout! If you are motivated by camaraderie, hard-work, and competition, then Sparring is the training for you!

  • Fitness Kickboxing

    Kickboxing is the perfect cross-training exercise. Things like ankle weights, weighted gloves, and resistance bands will switch up your usual cardio routine and avoid burnout. With a fast-paced and fun atmostphere, you are sure to feel re-energiezed as you work several core muscle groups.
