  • (High-Intensity Interval Training) Combines short bouts of intense exercise with brief rest periods - or active rest. High energy, strength focused HIIT workouts are designed for members to build muscular strength, endurance, & cardiovascular efficiency.

    Examples of intervals used in classes include EMOM, AMRAP, & Timed Circuits

    Members of this class will utilize free weights, cardio equipment, body weight movements, resistance bands, strength machines, & more!

  • Mondays - 8:30am & 6:30pm

    Wednesdays - 8:30am

    Fridays - 8:30am

    Saturdays - 9:30am

  • Men / Women 13+

    This program is open to all experience levels. Alterations to exercises during workouts can be made to fit your current goals & personal limits.

  • This high-energy class blends athletic conditioning with Taekwondo basics to deliver a full-body, results-driven workout. Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by bag drills that build power, coordination, and striking technique. You’ll move through core work, speed and agility training, and strength-focused circuits designed to push your endurance and elevate overall athleticism. Whether you’re an athlete looking for a strong cross-training option or someone of any skill level wanting a fun, challenging, and empowering workout, this class delivers a balanced mix of intensity, skill development, and total-body conditioning!

  • My 1-on-1 Personal Training program provides focused, hour-long sessions customized to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Drawing from my background as a former college baseball player at Anderson University and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, I bring a unique blend of athletic performance, strength training, and mobility expertise to every session. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, improve functional movement, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel stronger and more confident, I design each workout with precision and purpose. With personalized coaching, proper technique instruction, and a motivating environment, you’ll gain the tools and support you need to achieve lasting results.

    8am - Noon
