    My passion for the gym began during my time at Anderson University. I was a Team Captain my senior year, and a starting pitcher for the Ravens from 2016 - 2021. Early in my career, I suffered from a tear in my UCL which sidelinded me for my sophomore season. During this long and tedious road to recovery, I decided to make several lifestyle changes to better my chances of coming back from this injury and performing at the highest level. The year I spent away from the game gave me a new perspective on my “why”. My goals now became less selfish. I became less focused on the destination and learned to love the process it takes to get there.

    About 7 months later I was cleared by trainers to begin strength training and start the rehab throwing program. From that moment, I’ve had a new appreciation for wellness and strength training. My goal is to share my practices and individualize workouts for clients in a way that will benefit their bodies the most. ‘Rise Gym’ mentality is making zero excuses, and attacking anything that comes in front of you with a positive attitude, and the will to overcome adversity.

  • Learn real Martial Arts combos with 2nd Degree Black Bel and Instructor Kennedy Parker. Get a great Cardiovascular workout with integrated bodyweight movements, and exciting exercises.
